Returns Policy

Coffee Jewel accepts returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Earrings, worn or altered items, clearance purchases, and gift cards are non-returnable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

All returns require prior approval — please do not ship items back without authorisation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credit refunds are issued within 24 hours. All gold-plated Coffee Jewel pieces include a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Shipping

Coffee Jewel offers free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee is calculated at checkout. All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times vary by location: 4–6 business days for metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata), 5–7 business days for tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and 7–10 business days for remote or rural areas. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking link. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will retry. After multiple failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Coffee Jewel currently ships within India only.

All gold-plated Coffee Jewel pieces come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including peeling, flaking, or discolouration of the gold plating under normal use. If your plating wears off within the warranty period through regular, everyday wear, we will replace the piece or offer a suitable resolution free of charge.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over time, tarnishing or plating damage due to exposure to perfumes, chemicals, water, sweat, or rough handling, or any damage caused by misuse or improper storage.
