Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, so cancellations are only possible within a limited window. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at contact@coffeejewel.com or message us on WhatsApp (9187092617) within 6 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

What happens after 6 hours?

Once your order has been packed or handed over to our shipping partner, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may choose to refuse delivery when the courier attempts delivery, or initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return Policy.

Refund for cancelled orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, no charge is applied. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders that cannot be cancelled

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed:

  • Orders already shipped or out for delivery
  • Orders placed during flash sales or limited-time promotions (marked as "Final Sale")
  • Gift card purchases

Cancellation by Coffee Jewel

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failed payment verification. If this happens, you will be notified by email, and a full refund will be issued promptly.
