These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of coffeejewel.com. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products

Coffee Jewel offers demi-fine jewellery including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and sets. Our products are crafted using materials including 18K gold plated stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, copper alloy, and semi-precious stones such as zirconia and lapis lazuli.

While we take great care to accurately represent our products through descriptions and images, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen display settings and the handcrafted nature of the pieces.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices on coffeejewel.com are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Prices displayed at the time of checkout will be honoured for that transaction.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under parental supervision
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We accept payment via major methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other options available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. Coffee Jewel does not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected, a pricing error occurred, or the product is out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within India only. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Estimated delivery times and shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Coffee Jewel is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund process is governed by our Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Certain items, including worn jewellery, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and sale items, are non-returnable.

7. Warranty

Most Coffee Jewel jewellery comes with a 3-month manufacturing warranty. This covers defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or mishandling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, brand name, and design, is the property of Coffee Jewel / Maurson and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

9. User Conduct
