All Coffee Jewel pieces come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, including peeling, flaking, or discolouration of the gold plating under normal use. If your plating wears off within the warranty period through regular, everyday wear, we will replace the piece or offer a suitable resolution free of charge.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear over time, tarnishing or plating damage due to exposure to perfumes, chemicals, water, sweat, or rough handling, or any damage caused by misuse or improper storage.
