We want your Coffee Jewel order to reach you safely and quickly. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


1. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with a tracking link once it has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location within India:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 4–6 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

We ship with trusted courier partners across India to ensure your order arrives safely. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Every Coffee Jewel piece is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect your jewellery during transit and make for a beautiful unboxing experience - whether it's a gift or a treat for yourself.

7. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping charges may apply)
  • If you wish to cancel the order after it has shipped, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Coffee Jewel is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Contact us immediately at contact@coffeejewel.com if you need to update your address before dispatch.

9. Currently, We Ship Within India Only

At this time, Coffee Jewel ships exclusively within India. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future - stay tuned!
