Returns Policy

Coffee Jewel accepts returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags intact. Earrings, worn/altered items, clearance purchases, and gift cards are non-returnable. For damaged or defective items, contact the team within 48 hours with photos and order details for a free replacement or full refund.

Returns require prior approval; don't ship without authorisation. Customer bears return shipping unless the item was faulty. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. All pieces include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
