Returns Policy

Coffee Jewel accepts returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags intact. Earrings, worn/altered items, clearance purchases, and gift cards are non-returnable. For damaged or defective items, contact the team within 48 hours with photos and order details for a free replacement or full refund.

Returns require prior approval; don't ship without authorisation. Customer bears return shipping unless the item was faulty. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. All pieces include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Shipping

Coffee Jewel offers free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India; orders below that incur a fee calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (next working day for weekends/holidays).

Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days for metro cities, 5–7 for tier-2/3 cities, and 7–10 for remote areas. A tracking link is sent via SMS/email once dispatched. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
